I recently had an issue with the furnace in my RV. I called Bill and he came out and diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly. I am very satisfied with the service he provides. BAM Rv has gained a customer for life! Bill responded immediately and completed repairs the same day. Our trailer ac hadn't worked since we bought it. Bill and his wife are simply angels. It is 100+° they came repaired my thermostat for my AC. The price was spectacular for what they did and how FAST it was done. Top that off the last minute request I had to please check my propane issue and they made sure it was safe for my daughter and I to live in. I will be a repeat customer. OMG AMAZING!!!! We were here on a quick trip to see our daughter and in the middle of a heat wave our couch ac started popping the breaker. With 2 dogs and a cat with 95* temp outside we were a bit frazzled but Bill and his wife came out in 45 min and fixed our ac and left us a loaner portable to make sure we weren't left with nothing. I have to say sometimes it's hard to have faith in people but this experience has really reminded me that there are still great people in this world. My A/C kept freezing up on my old 1999 Nomad. I called Bill and he got me scheduled right away so I wasn't having to wait during the heat of the summer. He came, checked things out and determined that my old A/C was on its last leg. Bill ordered me a new A/C (even got me one that was a bit cheaper than previously quoted). I am pleased to say that my A/C is working great and is no longer freezing up. While Bill was there, he answered my many unrelated questions and gave me some tips and tricks about my RV.
